This is the previous Fred with filters applied: a cooling filter on the left, the "regular" baseline image in the center, and a warming filter on the right. I used the "Layer"/"Adjustment Layer"/"Photo Filter" feature in Photoshop, and simply chose one Warming and one Cooling filter to achieve the effect.
